This ten week class will lead participants through mindfully curated workouts designed to help maintain strength, mobility and improve balance as we transition from winter to summer activities. Our focus will be on low impact exercises with modifications provided for anything higher impact.
We will utilize all types of gym tools, including the Concept2 Ergs (great opportunity to learn to train with them if you are unfamiliar), and will be a hybrid of indoor and outdoor (weather permitting).
This series is tailored to athletes of any age and will be especially beneficial to those of us with “many seasons under our belts!” With space limited to 10 people, participants will benefit from more individualized attention than they might experience in a larger sized class.
