Small Group Fitness Classes
Feeling comfortable in a class is essential to adhering to a regular fitness program. My classes are small by design in order to make everyone feel safe, included and motivated.
With classes ranging from 5-10 people, I strive to create an atmosphere that allows everyone to work at their own pace from the most competitive young athlete to an aging adult. Everyone gets what they need!
Our motivation comes intrinsically as well as from the positive group class dynamic!
Specialty Series
