Strength Mobility Balance

8 Weeks

Thursdays 1:30-2:30pm

-This series will focus on enhancing the skills needed to help you excel in your outdoor endeavors this winter.

-We will work on Strength, Mobility and Balance PLUS agility and exercises that help increase your cardiovascular health. This will also be a low impact class.

-We will use Concept2 Ergs and other equipment to get us ready for the season.

-This class is helpful for skiers, but it is based on functional fitness. It will help anyone that is looking to improve coordination, balance and strength.

-Space is limited to 8 people and is for the entire series.

*Dates: 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, 12/4, 12/11, 12/18.
