EXPERIENCE. PASSION. COMMUNITY.
Certified Personal Fitness Training and Small Group Fitness Classes.
WHAT DO I OFFER?
Small Group Fitness Classes
Feeling comfortable in a class is essential to adhering to a regular fitness program. My classes are small by design in order to make everyone feel safe, included and motivated.
With classes ranging from 5-10 people, I strive to create an atmosphere that allows everyone to work at their own pace from the most competitive young athletes to more mature adults.
Personal Fitness Training
Do you need or prefer a more intimate experience where coaching is specific to your personal goals or needs? My one-on-one experience will provide you with guided, safe and effective sessions.
Whether you are working on your baseline fitness, striving to push yourself further physically or just looking to maintain balance, muscle strength and coordination as you age, I have the tools to serve you.
Private, semi-private and virtual training available.
Community Based Programs and Classes
Over the years I have developed relationships with local schools, businesses and athletic groups.
I offer thoughtfully curated programs for these demographics based on their needs. This includes fitness classes taught on location at schools, where I meet educators and staff after their work day. I run dry land training for a Masters Nordic skiing program as well and design and implement wellness initiatives for a thriving local business.

About me
Being an avid athlete for as long I can remember, sports and the power of movement have defined me as a person.
Growing up an alpine ski racer, soccer player and competitive cyclist, I always appreciated the strength of my body. With age, I have learned that there is more than just the physical benefit that one receives from exercise. I find that the mental clarity, confidence and positive outlook it provides me with plays a huge part.
Stemming from a family that thrives on working with people, a background in psychology and an extreme passion for movement, I was driven to start my own business.
Engaging with people while giving them the space, time and the guidance to become better versions of themselves is what I strive for. Being a catalyst for someone’s health, longevity and well-being comes easily to me because I understand how imperative it is for day-to-day functioning. The work we do in my studio is more than just physical. It is a place of personal growth, where both hardships and celebrations are shared. I believe that the body cannot improve without the mind being open and clear to do so.
